Liminal.tmp is an exhibition project exploring the phenomenon of hybrid space, where digital and physical dimensions merge into one. The project creates an illusory environment in the gallery that makes hybridity visible as a new norm of existence, revealing critical reflection on how technologies imperceptibly alter our perception of reality.

In the digital age, we no longer “enter” and “exit” the virtual world—we constantly exist at the intersection of digital and physical. The project identifies liminal zones—threshold spaces between these dimensions, where the boundaries of familiar perception become uncertain.

Through the creation of transitional states—virtual 3D models of people among real visitors, graphic spatial markup, interactive projections—the work immerses viewers in a state of “reality uncertainty,” evoking anxiety that signals a moment of revelation.
