1.a Face Parts

In architecture, there is a well-known exercise with space when parts of the necessary zones are cut and moved in space to find the most optimal location of these zones or functions among themselves, while you move these zones they can change in size, and new restrictions are found or a new space found as some of the zones merge with themselves in one function.

 

To simplify this idea of the exercise, I used parts of the human face and its oval as a unification of all these spatial forms, functions, zones and other meanings.

The basis of the process for this series is the speed and principle of proportions (and its transformation) of the human face. speed makes the process intuitive, the “necessary set” of parts of the face is connected together in a new order and a new order is created in each new composition.

This made the question - what if the parts of the functions we need are located in a new order, where we are not used to seeing them, but in this way they formed naturally and therefore a new order, unique or not, is it capable of adaptation and are we capable of adapting to this new order?
